Kukui Grove Shopping Center Addition and Renovation
Scope: Major addition and renovation to a one-story, 312,000 square foot shopping center. Anchored by Macy’s, Longs Drug Store, Sears, and Star Market. Completed in four phases.
Kunia Shopping Center
Scope: Three one and two-story retail buildings with a total of 55,000 square feet for 46 specialty shops, boutiques, food service and service retail tenant spaces. Anchored by Jamba Juice, Baskin Robbins, Quiznos, Supercuts, Gamestop, Auntie Pastos’s and others.
Kapolei Commons
Scope: One and two-story retail buildings totaling 377,000 square feet, built in four phases. Tenants include Target, Ross, Best Buy, Office Max, Sports Authority, Petco, Verizon Wireless, Genki Sushi, Denny’s Restaurant, and Circuit City.
Kailua Town Center Parking Structure
Scope: Three-story, 141,000 SF parking structure with 424 parking stalls.
Miller Street Triangle Development
Scope: Seven-story, 453 stall parking structure with two stories below grade. An underground tunnel connects the parking structure to Queen’s Medical Center.
680 Ala Moana Boulevard
Scope: Design the renovation of an existing four-story office building to a commercial and residential occupancy. There will be 54 studio and one-bedroom apartments, and 8,600 square feet of commercial space. The building will also have a media room, lounge room for gatherings, and a rooftop recreation deck.
Honolulu Design Center
Scope: Sub-consultant for the design of a three-story retail building with a total floor area of 80,000 square feet. The center contains a 65,000 square foot showroom, offices, a café, restaurant, wine bar, art gallery, and a 2,600 square foot amphitheater.

Hawaii USA Federal Credit Union
Scope: Design a four-story, 45,000 square foot office building and 74,000 square foot parking garage with 280 parking stalls. The fast track project schedule was met by early planning and meetings with the design team on a regular basis, resulting in the design documents being issued within two months. The super structure of precast shell and precast piles were erected within 70 working days.
